Hi, my name is Thomas Bauch. I am a 41 year old software developer currently living in Bayreuth, Germany. I am married and proud father of two daughters.
Since I was a kid I am fascinated by technology. My first contact to computers was in 1988 when I bought a C-64 and started coding my first little text adventures. I am currently working as a Web & J2EE Developer in Münster, Germany.

After finishing data migration I started to develop Java Web Frontends. Until today I’m responsible for the central web component to manage customer data for all savings banks (Sparkassen) in Germany.
After my apprenticeship I started to work customer management department of Finanz Informatik. This deparment managed all types of data concerning the customers of the savings banks (Sparkassen) in Germany. In the first three years my job was to organize the migration of customer data in our system (One System Plus).
In 1998 I started my apprenticeship as a software developer (called Fachinformatiker Anwendungsentwicklung).
Freelance
In 2011 I started developing Android Apps. Since then I published 7 Apps from which 5 all are still active maintained and widely used.
